Fees are non-negotiable.

Psychotherapy/Medication Management (53 minutes)........$310

Additional Charges for Appointment Overrun..................Prorated fraction of the $310 therapeutic hourly fee

Form Completion/Letter Writing/Telephone Calls............Prorated fraction of the $310 therapeutic hourly fee
Prescription written without an appointment....................$15

Prescription conveyed to pharmacy without appointment..$15

Evaluations for new patients typically require several hours over one or more sessions.

I charge $280 for a 53 minute session and telephone consults are billed at the prorated session rate.  Telephone fees do not apply to medication management issues.  Routine medication issues or scheduling matters, such as making appointments, or raising questions regarding side effects do not typically incur fees, unless they are made emergently.

Insurance

Please note that I do not participate with managed care or insurance companies, as they restrict my clinical care. If you decide to receive care from me, you can submit the receipts from your visits for reimbursement to your insurance company.

The receipts will have all the necessary information. Your insurance company will likely reimburse you a percentage of your payments based on an "Out of Network Provider" visit.

Some insurance companies will reimburse you at a higher rate or the full rate (as an 'in Network Provider') if you are unable to find someone on their panel who can see you in a reasonable amount of time.
